Simple programming operation from front panel keys.
Any of the available nine tones can be programmed into any of the 20 channels.
Tones can be edited or deleted as required.
Existing rigs can be upgraded very easily, remove and discard the existing PIC microcontroller and replace it with the ready assembled plug-in piggyback module which incorporates a new PIC and EEPROM which stores the tone data.
Just one solder connection is required to feed the tone to the main board.
