GAREX PMR SPARES AND EQUIPMENT

GAREX has had a long association with the PMR business; Rex G3MMJ, the original owner, had connections with Pye Telecomm resulting in a buying concession for surplus materials. Most of this material was recycled into the Amateur Radio market.

The present owner, Pete G3ZVI, has been in the PMR service and sales business for over 40 years, and upon taking over GAREX in the early 70’s, developed the business of selling recycled parts to the professional and amateur radio markets.

DUE TO FALLING DEMAND, IT IS NO LONGER A PRACTICAL PROPOSITION TO HOLD STOCK OF OLD PARTS WHICH TAKE UP VALUABLE STORAGE SPACE.

I intend to dispose of my stock over the next few months. Initially, I will try making up generous "goody bags" for sale at rallies for a nominal sum. If this is unsuccessful, then I regret the stock will have to be dumped. If anyone would like to take over the stock, free of charge, please contact me.

We had a superb library but due to space constraints upon relocation, we had to give the library away to a collector. However, the deal is that we still have access.
